Michael Coleman loves telling stories. With over 15 years of experience in both broadcast and digital media, his path has taken him from syncing VHS tapes in high school to 4k streamable content for cable news networks. He's edited talk shows, podcasts, documentaries, half-hour news specials, film shorts, and more; he’s worked for corporate clients, cut commercials, written & directed music videos, developed pilots, expanded franchise brand content, and produced & edited podcasts.
Before branching out into a freelance career, Michael worked the trenches of local news, starting in South Carolina and migrating north. His works include an Emmy nominated television special as well as music video work featured in film festivals. He’s directed over 7,000 hours of live news as well as three years of co-producing, shooting, and editing a community-honored weekly arts segment. Michael lives in Eastern Pennsylvania and tries to spend as much time as he can outside exploring the trails and waterways of the area. He also enjoys attending 35mm film screenings and (occasionally) plays guitar.
A lifetime of sculpting new ideas out of raw content has brought him to this point, ready to find untold stories to tell and compelling ways to deliver them.
